Scurvy Grass
Scurvy Grass is also known as Cochleria or spoonwort. It is a low, creeping plant with spoon-shaped leaves and small white flowers. It grows in the temperate and arctic regions of the northern hemisphere.

The plant is high in vitamin C, and has been used since antiquity to treat ailments relating to such deficiencies. The name scurvy grass comes from its frequent usage as a cure for the disease of the same name. It was first lauded as an effective cure in Europe by Rev. George Moore in 1676.
